1) Why is this email list being billed to Linna, when clearly the email shows communication between Ryan Johnston and Bill ?
2) Why does Ryan say ” Attached is a list of 10,000 emails from Sussex County “, and Linna is getting billed for 14,734
3) What happened to the other 4,734 email addresses that Linna is getting billed for?
