Subject: Re: John, Please call Bill asap re: this $2500 Bill Re: NJCRLC has another bill to pay

John, you negotiated with Steve and you informed me of the status of the list that he and Richard took under cover of NJCRLC.  You did so YESTERDAY.  I informed the vendor TODAY.  He will send the invoice TOMORROW.  NJCRLC can pay it or the trustees (and Messrs. Richard and Steve) can find an attorney who practices  law in Colorado. There are two lists that concern NJCRLC.  The first is the list LOANED to the organization which was stolen by its Trustee and the group’s contracted webmaster.  The second is the list that you acknowledged that NJCRLC paid $2,500 for.  The list in question is well known in political fundraising circles.  It’s known to cost $5,000.Have you seen that list?  I haven’t.  Who gets that valuable property when the group folds?  Different people have been told different things about the ownership of that list and about who paid the balance.  I — and others — have been told that it was used on behalf of a federal candidate.  I — and others — would swear to that.John, I really don’t care what’s going on here, but I suggest some adjustment in attitude.  My only sin was to trust fellow conservatives.  NJCRLC was a success.  I did a lot of writing and a lot of work for free and all I got for it was a pissed-off Republican Governor and attacked on NJCRLC.org.And I’m still being attacked on NJCRLC.org  — along with Trustee Littell,  her husband, her daughter, and her next-door neighbor, Senator Steve Oroho.  And from my conversation with you yesterday, I have little confidence that it will end. There is no drama on this end.  I am entirely cold.  Please do what you can to clean this up.

Thank you,

– Bill
