Re: settlement agreement

Steve:
I would encourage you, as I would anyone, to do whatever you think you must do to protect your rights. Perhaps this matter has degenerated to such an extent that it will have to be resolved in a court of law.The fact is that while I hope this matter is resolved soon, your acquisition of the group’s apparently former web address of www.njcrlc.org and your evident act of redirecting that web address to a disparaging story on another website about NJCRLC associates, is viewed by some as a breach of the non-disparagement clause of the settlement agreement.Evidently, some other NJCRLC personnel believe your representations in section D to be in question because of your control over the web address of www.njcrlc.org and its use, as described above, to direct web users to a story disparaging of NJCRLC personnel, in addition to continuing disagreements concerning who is in possession of what as it concerns email lists.I am doing my best to resolve this matter among all parties in a responsible matter, but the open warfare that has broken out among certain individuals is sucking everyone and everything into the vortex. My hands are tied until and unless I receive appropriate permissions.Because of your apparent intention to launch a lawsuit against NJCRLC Inc. and perhaps me, I think its best that all further communication between us be managed by your attorney.
Thanks,
John Ginty
